What You Need to Know

We at Hippity Hop know how important it is to receive your parcels quickly and efficiently, especially when working to a deadline such as hosting a party. Our goal is to get your products shipped as soon as possible. We also keep the important issue of packaging at the forefront of our mind and none of our products are over-packaged.

Shipping from is FAST and easy! ships products ONLY in India.

Orders placed by 3:00 pm IST, Mon-Sat, will usually ship the same day or next day, provided there is no customisation, credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a Holiday.

Orders placed after 3 pm IST, ship the next business day or within 48 hours from our warehouse in Mumbai.

Days indicated are business days, Mon-Sat only. The day your order ships does not count as a time-in-transit day.

Start counting AFTER the day it ships. (Note: Shipping days refer to business days only, Mon-Sat). Shipping times never include Sundays or Holidays.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please read the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read the details on how we can best assist you.

We mean what we say! All you need to do is to drop an email at within a period of 7 days, from the date of order. However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are Exchanged in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. C’mon that’s just fair! Is’nt it?

You may Exchange a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being Exchanged needs to be Exchanged in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for Exchanges.

There are some conditions for our return policy which are as follows:

  • If you have received wrong/damaged or defective product then please feel free to return us back within 7 days of delivery.
    Note: Please report to us within 24 hours of delivery of wrong/damaged or defective product through email at & our customer care would help to get the refund/replacement of the product if there is a valid reason. If you are not able to inform us within 24hrs then shall not be held liable for not replacing or exchanging that order.

  • Please note that “Hippity Hop’s Exchange Policy” does not apply to Customised Items. Please clear all doubts over email or phone before ordering any customised products.

  • The items should not be opened or used i.e. it should be in original packing with all labels and tags on it.

  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Hippity Hop team.

  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchanges Policy.

  • Any product/s can be bought in exchange. The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items. You can buy any number of items in exchange provided the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items

  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override “Hippity Hop’s Exchange Policy.”

  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the exchange value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

  • Exchange can be avail by the customer by shipping the goods back to us at their cost

  • Please make sure that you use reliable courier service that has tracking option of the shipment as the replacement can be processed only once the item is received in as is condition.

  • The company cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage during return transit.


  • There is no return pick up facility. The products will have to be returned by the customer at their own cost and refund will be issued after receipt of the product in proper condition within 10 days of raising the return request


If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a FULL refund. We will refund the money to your Hippity Hop account for purchases. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, we will not be able to refund your order.

Refund Policy

About Our Policy

We do not provide refund on any personalised and handcrafted items. However if there is any item which has reached you wrong which you did not order for and is non-customised, we will be happy to offer a refund within 5 days from the day you received the order. Refunds are directly processed to the Debit/Credit or Bank Account which you used to make payments. All Cash on Delivery orders will get credit of the said refund in their Account for further use.

What information do we collect?

What information do you collect on the Mailing List page?
On the Mailing List page, we ask for your name and address so that we may mail you special offers and promotions.
